Made to Order Returns

For all made to order garments if the size or style is not right for you we provide size swaps or credit notes only.The size swap will also be made to order so please allow 5 - 10 days.

Available Now Returns

For full priced available now garments, these may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund provided they are returned within 7 working days from delivery.

Sale Item Returns

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless faulty. Please choose your purchase carefully.

Shipping, Customs & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of the order, delivery speed, and destination.

For international orders, Pearl Culture is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or delays incurred through customs. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to purchase.

To arrange an exchange, please email sales@pearlculture.co.nz with your order details. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process
